Yep i believe he is in the process of cleaning up books dating back to 2012.

Which is alot of Audit to conduct. Especially considering he has more then 1 client himself.


Also if there is any merger / buyouts in the works, thats going to have to be included in an audit aswell which means even more work for the guy.
