The rep said it appereared the merger was still pending, and in the event of such mergers, the purchasing company will offer a buyout or new shares issued. And that said events happen automatically, I need to do nothing. I know this conflicts with some of the DD we have done on this board, but just thought I'd share what Merrill told me. GLTA
