There's always a corrolation. walls go up..they attack the bid and stack the ask..then have the nerve to say ohh it's dilution....no its an RS...meanwhile everyone knows they're the ones playing these games. it's hard to pinpoint there manipulation...they look for cheap triple digits that move up and go down a tick or 2 every week...they won't be around .000 stocks that have no movement.
