We all need to remember that it takes time to close a deal. Coming to an agreement, as was probably achieved with Mr. Purdy's visit to Alaska, is just the first step in a govt contract. Then, assuming the vendor is on the GSA, they need to work through all the terms and conditions while simultaneously work the budgetary approval process. Once the budget is approved the Ts & Cs are agreed upon, then, a contract can be signed. As this is the government, it can take several weeks to accomplish all this.
So, be patient. We all know that this deal is important as it bring in revenue and it brings credibility. The real value is going to be in the sale of drone systems for commercial use. Application specific hardware is DSUS's forte. I would expect all sorts of cool stuff as they find new applications and invent new accessories for said application. I am guessing that the ProSearch and the ProDropper is just the beginning.
Yes, we are in for a wonderful ride here. we have cutting edge R&D developing accessories for quickly developing market space. If we can capture just 0.25% of this 10B market space we will break $1. Then, if all we do is maintain marketshare, we will be well over $4 in the next few years. But, I don't think we will be sitting on our hands holding market share. Nooooo. I fully expect the team to continue capturing marketshare with new applications, more vertical integration (i.e. building their own drones) and expanded software capabilities.
