1)Cancelling all the debt before the merger
2)Cancelling 60% of the shares O/S before the merger
3)Low shares O/S after the cancels of 88m
4)Very small float of 66m
5)CEO's last deal ran 400% right after he took over
6)Robotics is a hot industry, driverless cars, automated work places etc
7) CEO has strong ties to Asia so a Global deal is possible here
8)Email from the company no need for a reverse split
