No, in summery, it is not "nothing new"!! How do you arrive at the conclusion "nothing new" from: Crews finishing recurrent training that didn't have to be completed until necessary, Modifications being done to the aircraft that don't have to be done unless the aircraft is going to be flying a lot with a lot of pax and/or cargo, positive feelings from Mgnt after meetings in DC with Director level officials. Use your head and read between the lines a little. Baltia mgnt wouldn't be spending the $$$ to do those things right now unless something made them feel there is an imperative need right now to do them! Maybe something is making them feel that proving flights with revenue producing cargo are immanent. That is definitely not "nothing new".
