As long as the shares are trading then they are obliged to buy those shares. When the merger is approved it will stop trading on the greys. This is the part that is unbelievable to me....right now you can buy the shares on the greys for .0008 for a company that will be worth .27. That is a 300 bagger. But then again I was not a believer in the dividend so I am not a good source of psychic ability in this area.
