They need to do recurrent training to remain FAA compliant (otherwise Baltia would be severely mentally retarded for spending $ to get the crew trained).
Baltia has been intending to announce the start of proving flights for quite some time, nobody is going to celebrate anything until we get a PR in writing announcing the completion of evac. Even then, proving runs isn't exactly a walk in the park (like we thought the evac would be).
