Quarterly Dividends CONFIRMED!

You are not obliged to send us a screenshot or scan of stock certificate. However if you are requesting information via email we need to confirm your identity and verify you are indeed a former shareholder, we have Calissio Nobo List and will be sending new MDCM certificates regardless.
Unfortunately I cannot comment on anything that has to do with Calissio prior to the Merge with MDCM. I can only assure you that the reason for this merge is to protect investors and the Company against things like dividend holds, massive naked shorts and regulatory errors.
We are looking forward to paying cash dividends every quarter without all the red tape and regulation surrounding a publicly traded stock.
