Another company's merger posted today on FINRA, where shareholders are getting shares of the new company at slightly more than 1/10 of their holdings in TMXRF. This is not to go private, so it's not the same thing as we're facing. But still of interest. This showed up under Daily List: Deletions. Expecting to see ours soon.
