Gomez problem is Al Stone statement was only valid
if they got UF on more platforms in a 'timely' manner.
Al Stone also said they would have UF on SONY+HISENSE
by end of AUG so they are WAY BEHIND SCHEDULE!

If they don't have UF on several more platforms by end
of OCT at the latest then the entire Holiday Season for
ULTRAFLIX generating the revenues they were hoping
for could be ruined.
