I think your calculations are wrong because you are using the issued shares for NTEK and the authorized shares for NTGL. I think that at the time there were only about 10 mil issued for NTGL. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the number is much lower. I think the issued shares will be equal to total assets transferred to NTGL multiplied by a fair valuation of the price divided by number of share holders.
