That's what I'm thinking as well. If the company email is legit, then the private company has no need for any remaining shares as it has already acquired crgp in full. Most likely FINRA approved the merger before and/or during the 10 day U3 halt. The next step would not require any action on shareholders part - once the merger goes thru the system the ticker is cancelled, forcing any remaining shares to be accounted for (as in covered). I don't know how much time would be given for this to occur but I imagine it would be on the scale of 3-10 days. In the meantime set your sell orders in blocks at escalating prices.
