Back in feb we were told we would get same percent of ntgl shares as we held in Ntek. When that was announced ntgl share count was 45 million and Ntek was either 720 or 740 million. Several weeks after the announcement they raised ntgl to 450 million. Ir had given a specific formula if memory serves that used the 45 million share and 720(740) numbers. Mgnt has not clarified how the increases have affected that number. Would be nice if they did. I for one will be upset if they choose to sell their shares after they announced the distribution. Been waiting for those shares patiently
