That would be a good question for IR. One thing is for certain the way NTGL is moving up in SP today, it would be wiser for NTEK to sell their NTGL shares right now (if cash is needed) than to continue their dilution of NTEK given its current SP being 50% of Gaming.
Anyway its all coming to a head now, the dilution stops dead in its tracks at the A/S cap and we move crazily higher to the upside OR heaven forbid they do another A/S raise and if that happens God help us all.
I have emails into IR about the A/S and I suggest everyone with concerns contact IR as well.
