Only an announcement that CRGP's halt was being lifted. But nice to have because it is an official document giving an all-clear, trading, dividend, etc.
CRGP is still in the grays because they need a sponsor MM in case they want to trade back in the OTC. The other reason could be that the company is not interested at all.
If we're going back to the naked shorts, or giving shorts the opportunity to cover shorts with newer shorts, better to stay in grays until all is uncovered.
