Most investors understand why HJOE dedided to delay the SEC filings this long.
All the toxic noteholders were converting which forced the pps down to as low as $0.0001 back in March. Had they continued it would have added many billions the the OS. So a Reverse Split would have been needed. Of course after the RS the toxic funders would have continued to convert forcing the share price right back down.
Instead by not filing the note holders are blocked from converting since HJOE cannot issue more shares until they become current in their SEC filings. They will do this once the note holders are paid off protecting shareholders from both the RS and further dilution.
