This is a picture perfect copy of a play from the SRGE playbook. They also used a private company as bait that did not really exist, however, there was another company with a very similar name who had no operations on the Continent. But $ signs overrule common sense and people wanted to believe....
SRGE board is now a glimpse into the future for CRGP shareholders.
