Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I was reading a cash merger takes around 45 days, so figure 45 from the date the company said they signed off on the deal before we get some sort of $$$ numbers.

It's also possible the NSS is being allowed to buy up what they can to soften the blow. Maybe negotiated between the company and COR to work out something with the law suit behind the scenes.
