Personally I am in the camp NTEK will never need to raise the A/S again. I am taking them at their word.
However given your logic, why would MGT dilute now at .01 PPS when if they diluted next year (when we will surely be trading at a much higher PPS) they would need far less shares in order to raise the same amount of cash?
