well i dont know where everyone is getting that there was court Friday. there certainly was not. there was an extension that COR asked for the TA which is very odd. serms like they are handling this outside of court. i have spoke to schwab and posted many of times, atleast with charles schwab they stated the dividend CAN NOT be taken back. etrade is corrupt and they are loeing and everything they have done is ILLEGAL and i dont understand why the peiple who have Etrade have not filed a lawsuit against them.
