Have they been on top of communication with other investors? I know I've contacted them a few times on Facebook (and it got marked 'seen') but I haven't been able to get an email response nor a facebook response. I'll be honest, I haven't tried calling yet, but if they're aware of the concerns I'm sure they don't need to be reminded.
