I may have figured out the otcshort report. I have Etrade and the possible number of bought shares listed was less than I purchased not including everyone else for 9/18/15. Im thinking all trades that are purchased through Etrade are listed as short sales because those are the NSS they are trying to cover. All trades through other brokerages are listed as bought shares because they didn't have any NSS to cover. This is what makes sense to me. I am unsure of why my trades filled at .0006 and not the other limits I put in to buy. However, when I placed my second order at .0007, it filled at .0006 immediately. I also noticed that my first order went through immediately when it was set at a limit order of .0006. Many went hours before an order was filled by others on the board. I am curious if others with Etrade had orders immediately fill at .0006.
