It is possible that NTEK management has decided that as long as they are issued stock the price will be a penny.
Have they really spent 45,000,000 in the last month?
I dont think so. I think that money is sitting in an investment account or bank account. I think that NTEK Management has simply decided to swallow reality and get on with building an unbelievable business.
Have they built up their warchest to get them from now through the point where they truly beleive that sales will carry them? That sales will force the price up? That maybe they well have to issue shares again when the price of the shares are 50 cents instead of 1 cent?
