One thing that is comforting to know is that we actually have a floor on the PPS and I think management know this as well. The floor PPS is much much higher than the current PPS and the floor obviously represents prior, present, and future buy out offers. This is one of the biggest factors that keeps me buying more shares (bought more yesterday).

I have been anxiously waiting for the day we were close to maxing out the A/S as I wanted to just get it over with and like you I'm keeping my fingers crossed MGT keeps their word this time and there is no additional raise.
