That's a good question.
Maybe allocated shares would be given to holders of NTEK assuredly?
After all UltraFlix is carrying the Flagship for NTEK Now!
Management must have given this a thought.
They could also sell or spin-off the other companies under the Umbrella and rename NTEK ticker symbol to UFLX or a number of designated letters.
