Just want to let you know that Ultraflix already did an Initial Public Offering... It was approximately 35 cents per share. An IPO is just when a company first enters the stock market.
I have a feeling you might have the terms IPO and uplisting mixed up. An example of an uplisting is when and if a stock moves from OTC markets (the exchange we are on now) to a more prestigious exchange, such as NASDAQ. To uplist, we would have to break 4.00 per share and provide in depth financial audits. It costs 15,000 to do the most basic part of the uplist but on the bright side our ticker NTEK would be scrolled across the screen in the news! An up listing basically means we all will be LOADED.
