Need I remind you all that the A/S was increased earlier this year by hundreds of millions of shares just days after then CEO Peter Riordan said in a letter to shareholders ”We have not changed our Authorized Shares and have no current plans to change it.”
What makes you all so confident there will not be a repeat performance of this?
