IMHO, yes, as I believe it is legal that now has to sign off on the decision to move Baltia on to proving flights.

In past minis, legal never had to get involved.....since they were clearly deemed "fails" very soon (if not immediately) after they were taken.

This time is COMPLETELY different.

LOL.....my only "regret" right now.....if I can say that.....is that Igor isn't taking as much $ as I want to give Baltia at this time.

Personally I am trying to take advantage of the stupidly low pps for this stock and accumulate shares as quickly as possible.

Now I have never purchased on the open market, but if push comes to shove..........
