this is exactly what is going on in many pinkie stocks...the problem is our stock paid real dividend and now a buyout. now we got to wait and see how many air shares are out there. i believe 129 millions outstanding might be right since Co bought most of the notes conversion themselves. Definitely not selling anything less than 0.50
