be curious to see if that *figure* .. holds re: IB

if this *round* follows priors from last October's *volume* efforts ..

my expectation is we see PTOI taken up a couple of cents .. from memory
so i may be off .. prior rounds of *resets* .. 5 to 11c .. to 051 .. to 10 to 06
to 095 .. this round to 049 (block trade) and 0492 .. so my thinking is
to 089/09 .. this is nothing but resets (aka what i refer to as the % dance of
the algos to avoid triggering reg sho on PTOI for a 3rd time) and each time
actual P2O investors keep pulling their *markers*


and to prove yet again i know what i'm *observing* >> i once again called
MSRT (2nd round kicked in on 9.16.15) .. but unlike PTOI .. MSRT didn't
RM into a shell *embedded* with prior FTDs ..
