I just spoke to the courthouse where the COR v Calissio/Signature/50 yahoos case was filed and the clerk told me that just because the request to extend was in re Signature doesn't mean they'll get it and she could not give a definite time frame to when the Judge may or may not approve the extension. Also, they are showing Calissio received their summons. I asked what would happen if Calission didn't submit something today and she said its up to the Judge. He/She may give an extension on their own, or not, or I guess we'll find out....sooner or later. And yes, it was COR that submitted the request for the extension on behalf of Signature. That tells me they are very interested in those shares..... Too interested me thinks....
