I agree with you BigD, Joey is very helpful in explaining, keeping us up to date and being a joy to follow. The build up to tomorrow and beyond is very exciting and I agree knowing when to sell is a big thing. Guess we can only answer that for ourselves, but sure is good to hear other ideas and suggestions.
