Someone in another board brought up that Tbev can't sell product in different states.
That's not true. Read their Defr14c SEC statement. They have plans to sell out of their state of incorporation. Which more than likely means they have plans to sell Tbev in stores across the county. Why else would they have a PRODUCT FINDER map on their website!? Duh.

Legal permission for a corporation to do business in a state other than its home state.
