$VGTL, today was once again an awesome finish. With every passing day we get closer to the new CEO's announcement. We got another new buy rating today. Check out the link.

This isn't any standard penny stock or a Pump n Dump. There is some heavyweights in management. Why would they hangout with the pennies if they didn't find it worth their time!!
There is some clues for you, got to do your DD on this though, just don't get stuck standing around with your hands in your pocket wishing & hoping.
