Do you think that the delay in financials could be the combining of all 3 companies assets to reflect in the latest q. if this is truly a merger or buyout. they may want to reflect watah profits. that would make the latest q unbelievable. if this is truly watah wanting to go public. not exactly sure how any of this works.
