My guess would be that this note will be paid off after oct 1st, prior to filings, I still believe that a buyback is still in the cards, and don't think that can happen till they file either. Don't know where hjoe is getting all this cash from but they have it, curious how much each vending machine is. Whether it's PLN settlement, a mysterious backer from LA or just cash from sales, they seem to be moving full steam ahead. I keep falling back to their statement that says soon there will be no shares to short, shares will be in strong hands..
