Does anyone have PM on the other board to ask him to come on over here?
"When the ticker was halted, E-Trade stated that the dividend was on hold pending FINRA review. Now that FINRA un-halted the ticker, they just say it's "under review" but did not mention FINRA in their official client letter. Their excuse regarding the litigation is hilarious. Shareholders are not even defendants to the Suit and even IF we were, there is no veil piercing legal doctrine alleged in the complaint. The litigation cannot impact us shareholders unless a court "pierces the corporate veil." This legal doctrine is not even used in the context of a publicly traded corporation. I have brought this subject up to numerous law professors at my law school and they all agree with me."
