I would consider a motion for an extension by CRGP to be a big win for us. Any kind of response at all in any form would be good. The only bad outcome tomorrow is if they don't respond at all and completely blow it off. Then I would start to worry that they are going to do the same thing to shareholders.

Even if that happens all is not lost. We still have the Etrade debacle as our trump card.
