I won't be selling no matter what. Here's why I think it may be the end.
1. The news we've been waiting for may come tomorrow since they said the merger deal should be competed immediately.
2. The company shows up to court and proves their legitimacy once and for all.
3. The company doesn't show up to court and its legitimacy will be damaged significantly.
I'm holding out for 1, 2, or both.
