There are many that believe it's best to do it professionally in a court of law, which they've already begun, as opposed to getting drawn into public pissing matches where they're more likely to slip up or, at the very least, come off looking like the "House Wives" who I could easily imagine bad mouthing Santa and the Easter Bunny after a few glasses of wine.
