No one really knows what they can do...they claim if the margin call dept decides to enforce it, they can sell off your positions at their discretion, hopefully asking us first. I do not trust them, which is why I initiated my transfer which did include CRGP shares I purchased from July on, including with my dividend. ETrade sent me an alert that they received my request and it's in process dated yesterday night, so I'm just waiting now to see if they transfer everything.
