Thats exactly how I figure it. If they want to keep trying to push it down, let them. Eventually they'll be locked out. 200 shareholder own 25% of the float and nobody know how much the other 600 shareholders own. Statistically, retail shareholders must own significantly more than that. There's probably not a lot of real shares floating around at this point. This is speculation on my part of course.......
