Ameritrade told me the O/S is 129 mil. From simple calculation I have made from all the people who have declared how many stocks they hold we have exceeded that number. So what happens if we bought the naked shorts that don't exist. If the company offers a buyout they will only offer buyout to the O/S stocks. So who will pay the rest of the stocks and we have any laws in place to protect us by making sure we get paid?
