I wonder if on Friday when COR's lawsuit begins, the 50 John Does are outed. Maybe we find out if they lost millions because of illegal shorting.
It may not be COR that is an issue here. It may really be about the 50 John Does listed in that suit and Etrades behavior in all this seems to smell funny, imo.
Maybe etrades actions show their guilt.
