I think I understand what you may mean. Etrade is holding these accounts hostage in case the NSS costs them to much money, pending the outcome of the COR law suit. They reserve the right to liquidate these CRGP accounts so there will be a flood of shares on the market that they can buy to cover with.

I feel Etrade is listed among the 50 John Does in the COR law suit and that is why they have frozen shareholders accounts, illegally.
