I'm sure you've read the plan and the notes from the the shareholders meeting as well as the power point.. If you haven't, read them or re-read them. It pretty much outlines what they have planned. It's conservative and seems well thought out. If they execute, it should work. You've been in business. Work it out and think it out.
Develop some reasonable, fact based questions for management.

NTEK isn't the same company it was when you first bought in. Not the same folks running the game. Trying to base current function on past history when the company was in a completely different phase than it is now might not be very helpful .
