So My math.

Market cap at 0008, is roughly 3.5 million dollars.

if a buyout hit, I figure

Tax Debt Credit of roughly 3 million + Facility value of roughly 1.5-3 million + current contract / client list (if china is real) of roughly 3-5 mill per year. + the water rights which are hard to value out, but i honestly think in a buyout circumstance id say like 5-15 mil give or takesy mostly due to facility current size and the fact its 30 years worth, these could be higher though.

So just for Boreal roughly 3+3+5+15 on the high end, 26 mil

Id say in between 12-30 mil is somewhat reasonable for it.

Market Cap for 30 million is roughly 0075~. ( basically 10 times what we are at right now)

Cap at 12 million instead would be 4 times current which would place roughly 003-0035~ ish.


Its interesting to think about, i would only hope though that its a full out purchase so we just get paid for the shares, but who knows what happens.


I still feel strongly someone sucking up 300 grand worth while "news and announcements" are pending, is a good sign lol.
