it's pretty clear that P2O sees zero value in holding an AGM (of which of course
the cost of is dismissed by the *crew* .. just like the cost of being a pubco is
never acknowledged by those who've never posted one *neutral or positive* post about
anything regarding P2O) .. and that the AGM will come when *timing* makes sense

that would be .. sale/s consummated .. monies transferred .. board bios issued

this truly is not a difficult concept .. but it is amazing how it eludes every troll
that wanders this way from SI
