Nice post. I see this as a positive trend which should eventually lead to the end of the illegal trading tactics that have hurt so many companies and their investors. As usual, government agencies that are supposed to be protecting the citizens and corporations that pay for their very existence in the first place, have to be pressured into doing the right things which are actually all they are supposed to be doing!! If they don't want to help, then let the companies be compensated for their legal expenses via appropriate tax reduction. Bet you'll see some quick attitude adjustments then.
